Negotiate the Sculpture Demand Plan
- Discuss your vision, requirements, and objectives for the sculpture. Identify key details such as size, design, and intended use.
Preliminary Quotation (Estimate)
- Provide an initial estimate based on the discussed requirements. This quote gives a rough idea of the cost and helps gauge feasibility.
Reach Consensus and Finalize the Plan
- Confirm and finalize the design plan and specifications. Ensure both parties agree on the details before moving forward.
Design 3D Model and Print 3D Sample
- Develop a 3D model of the sculpture and create a 3D sample to visualize the final product. (Prepay design fee, which is deductible from the total payment.) Confirm the shape and design before proceeding.
Second Accurate Quotation
- After finalizing the design, provide a precise quotation based on the confirmed details and any adjustments made during the design phase.
Sign the Contract and Pay the Advance Payment
- Formalize the agreement with a contract and provide the agreed-upon advance payment to initiate production.
Production and Processing
- Commence the production of the sculpture, adhering to the finalized design and specifications.
Send Videos and Photos of the Production Process
- Share regular updates with videos and photos of the production process. Allow the customer to inspect the progress and make any necessary adjustments.
Pay the Final Payment of the Product
- Once the sculpture meets the agreed-upon standards and is ready for delivery, complete the final payment.
Transportation and Installation
- Arrange for the transportation of the sculpture to its final location and oversee the installation process to ensure proper placement and setup.
Lifelong Maintenance
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure the sculpture remains in excellent condition throughout its lifespan.
